consulting the product teams and cultivating their research requests,
planning the research capacities for your researchers and external agencies,
and supervising the research projects.

Creating a space for UX research to thrive

be it building relationships with stakeholders and explaining the value of UX research,
curating the team’s “external brain” to share knowledge and information,
or helping the researchers establish clear roles, norms and goals to create a functioning team.

Mentoring

sharing my experience and lessons learned,
providing feedback on materials or the research process,
guiding the research newbies in your team.
