Here I selected examples of activities and responsibilities I enjoy doing the most. But if needed, I can always roll up my sleeves and help out by conducting qualitative research or a survey.

Scaling up your UX Research capacities

Coordinating the UX Research activities

• consulting the product teams and cultivating their research requests,
• planning the research capacities for your researchers and external agencies,
• and supervising the research projects.

Creating a space for UX research to thrive

• be it building relationships with stakeholders and explaining the value of UX research,
• curating the team’s “external brain” to share knowledge and information,
• or helping the researchers establish clear roles, norms and goals to create a functioning team.

Mentoring

• sharing my experience and lessons learned,
• providing feedback on materials or the research process,
• guiding the research newbies in your team.
